Water coloring

Here is a card that I made using Art Impression stamps and Marvy markers to water color with.
Being in a funk with scrap booking for the past few months, this is something new that has peaked my interest and creativity. It's like being a kid all over again coloring inside the lines, or painting with a paint brush and water colors. It takes practice....but its alot of fun to see the differet effects that you can come up with. Stamping.....then figuring out how to place other stamps to build around the main object....then working with the colors to find just the right ones that will look good with what you stamped.
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek!

I love it Carla! You've really mastered using those markers. The embossed mat is a great touch too.

You did a great job on that card Carla! I agree, there is something about stamping, getting inky and coloring that brings out the kid in you isn't there? haha
